Dry chicken masala or recipe ingredients:
- 250grams of chicken
- Corn flour 3 teaspoon
- Soy sauce 2.5 teaspoon
- While flour 3 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce 2 tablespoon
- Red chilli sauce 3.5 tablespoon
- Sliced onions 2 tablespoon
- Spring onions 1 tablespoon
- Minced ginger 1 tablespoon
- Minced Garlic 1 tablespoon
- Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 2 teaspoon
- Salt according to taste
- Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon
- Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
- Pepper powder 2 teaspoon
- Paste ginger 1teaspoon
- Paste garlic 1 teaspoon
- Egg 1
- Refined oil 5 tablespoon
- Capsicum 1 piece
Chicken Dry Fry Preparation
Take 250 grams of chicken and then carefully cut them into small pieces. Therefore, collect all the pieces in a bowl.
Then add soy sauce 1.5 tablespoon, 1.5 tablespoon soy sauce (green chili sauce can also be used),1 teaspoon garlic paste,1 teaspoon ginger paste, pepper powder 1 teaspoon, cornflour 3 tablespoons, a white juicy portion of the egg ( excluding yellow) . After that, smear all the ingredients with the chicken. Now cover the bowl with a lid and leave it for 30 minutes
Dry Chicken Curry Sauce Or Sauce Mix Preparation:
The chicken is kept in a bowl for 30 minutes. on the other hand, you have to prepare sauce mix or chicken curry sauce. Take 1 tablespoon soy sauce, red chili sauce 2tablespoon. Red chili sauce is recommended because it produces the best result. Along with the above ingredients take tomato sauce 2table spoon, vinegar 1teaspoon,1 teaspoon sugar, pepper powder 1 teaspoon, salt (as per your taste) in a glass bowl and mix them well. This is how you can prepare sauce mix which is crucial for dry chicken recipe.
In another bowl take 1 teaspoon cornflour,
2 tablespoon water and therefore mix them well
How To Fry Chicken And Make It Dry:
Here in this step, you have to uncover the lid of bowl where the chicken is kept. After uncovering it, add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 2 teaspoon cornflour, 2 teaspoons white flour, and smear all the ingredients with the chicken.
Secondly, put a Kadai in the oven and pour refined oil into it . Turn the flame of the gas oven in medium heat and observe that the oil gets enough warm to fry the chicken.

Finally, put the Kadai in the oven again and add 1 tablespoon refined oi. sliced onions should be fried in it for a couple of minutes.
After that, add minced spring onions 1 tablespoon, 1 teaspoon sugar, minced capsicum, sliced garlic 1 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon sliced ginger, sliced green chillies ( few), and fry them well. While frying do not forget to add the sauce mix in it. Therefore, stir them well. Now corn flour should be added. In order to make the chicken dry, fry it for extra couple of minutes.
