Mouth Watering Chicken Starter Recipe In 3 Easy Steps

Who can deny that his/her mouth does not water when he/she sees the famous food item called chicken starter? As a result, the fragrance that these fried chicken starters waft, trigger a deep longing in most of us to eat them.

People often struggle to decide which chicken starter recipe is the best. Truly, there are dozens of chicken starter recipes but chicken shaslik as chicken starter is the best.

Chicken Starter Recipe Ingredients

  • 250 grams boneless chicken
  • 1 capsicum +2 tomatoes + 1 onion
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder (few)
  • 1/2 lemon juice

For The preparation of Brown Sauce:

  •  chopped onion ( few)
  •  Chopped ginger +garlic  (few)
  •  Black Pepper powder  ( few)
  • Flour 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce 1/2 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce  (little)
  • Cloves 6 pieces
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • Salt ( as per taste)
  • White oil (little)
  • Butter ( as per requirement)

Chicken starter preparation step by step

Step 1 :

Take 250grams of boneless chicken and cut them into small pieces. Try to cut them in the shape of a square. While chopping you will get very small pieces of bones from the chicken, collect them in a separate plate. These bones will help you to prepare the brown sauce, an essential sauce to prepare the chicken starter.

Take the tomato  ( without any seed ), capsicum, onion and add salt ( as per taste), ginger garlic paste  (1 teaspoon,) soy sauce  (1 teaspoon), pepper powder  (few), and lemon juice(1/2 teaspoon) in it.

 Step 2 :

In the beginning, chicken should be marinated. Most importantly, put all the ingredients -soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, tomato, capsicum, onion, salt as per taste, black pepper powder (few) ( one by one) in a bowl and then cover it with a lid for 30 minutes.

BROWN SAUCE PREPARATION:

In this paragraph, the preparation of brown sauce will be discussed.

Firstly, it is time to take chicken bones, sliced onions, sliced ginger and garlic  (few), black pepper powder  (few), 1/2  tomato sauce, 4 to 5 drops of soy sauce, 6 cloves, 1 bay leaf, salt  ( as per taste), refined oil and butter.

Secondly, make the kadai warm and put the butter in it. Then add minced garlic, chicken with bones, sliced onions, and stir the oil. As a result, a delicious smell will come out of the kadai.

Thirdly and most importantly, add bay leaf, cloves, and salt and cover it with a lid.

Finally, boil all the ingredients for 15 minutes

Only the brown is needed and it should be filtered to separate all other ingredients.

Again put the kadai in the oven and pour butter in it. Therefore, add minced garlic

Here in this stage you should add flour in the kadai and stir it cautiously.

Step 3 :

The chicken has now been marinated. Take shaslik sticks to decorate the chicken starter.

In order to decorate the stick stuff the ingredients ( capsicum, tomato, onion, and chicken) in the sticks one by one. How you should decorate the chicken, depends entirely upon you.

In the final stage, put the kadai in the oven  ( low to medium flame ) and pour refined oil  ( as per requirement) into it. After the oil gets warm enough fry the decorated chicken shaslik sticks on by one. Take care to fry all the sides of the stick.
