5 Super Easy Steps To Make Historical Chicken Sausages

The concept of sausages goes back to the ancient past. There was a process of stuffing animal guts with meat, fish, or sweet batter. As a result, this process was an obvious and practical way to make easily cooked, transportable food. The recipe of chicken sausages is comparatively new but these sausages also serve the exact same purpose as they did in the past.

Given below is the recipe of chicken sausages

Chicken Sausages Recipe Ingredients:

  • Chicken 500 grams (boneless)
  • Pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Refined oil 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chilli flakes 2 teaspoons
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoons
  • White Flour 1 tablespoon
  • Corn flour 1 tablespoon
  • Egg 1
  • Ice (few)
  • Aluminum foil ( as per requirement)

Preparation Of Chicken Sausages:

Firstly, Take 500 grams of boneless chicken and cut them into medium size pieces. Therefore, clean the chicken with fresh water.

Secondly, the chicken has now been cleaned and put it in a mixing grinder to make a smooth paste. As the paste is prepared, add salt (as per taste), pepper powder  (few), chilli flakes 2 teaspoons, 2 teaspoons ginger and garlic paste, 1 tablespoon white flour, 1 tablespoon cornflour, 1 egg in it . Then blend it again. After the blending is completed, pour the past in a separate bowl.

Thirdly, the shapes of sausages have to be given. Make them cylindrical shaped.

The amount of chicken paste mentioned in the recipe will  produce 8 to 9 sausages

Fourthly, aluminum foil is now needed. Cut the aluminium foil in convenient sizes to wrap the each sausage separately. While wrapping, try to keep them in airtight condition. Seal both the sides with the foil

Fifthly, a large bowl is now required. Pour enough water in it

Put the bowl in the gas oven (in high flame) and let the water boil. While you will notice that the water is boiling, place the packets of sausages one by one in it .cover it with a lid. Boil the packets for 10 to 15 minutes. Switch off the gas oven.

Finally, Chicken sausages are nearly ready. Take the sausages one by one from the hot water (carefully) and put them in the bowl where ice is kept. Leave them for 10 to 15 minutes.

Sausages are ready.

The chicken sausages can be preserved up to  7 months. Normal refrigerator temperature will spoil the sausages but the temperature of the deep fridge will keep it fresh

The sausages can be eaten with pizza, sandwiches, or noodles.
